The Chief Examination Officer (CEO) plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth, fair, and transparent conduct of all examinations at the institute. The CEO is responsible for planning and administering theory exams, studio juries, and viva evaluations in accordance with university regulations and COA guidelines. With a strict focus on confidentiality, the CEO supervises secure handling of question papers and coordinates closely with internal and external examiners. The position also oversees invigilation management, result processing, reporting, and documentation for accreditation compliance. By maintaining ethical standards, managing contingencies, and implementing efficient examination practices, the CEO upholds the integrity and quality of the overall evaluation system at the college.
